This Kobalt mitre saw has an innovative compact rail design that reduces the work space required for the operation of the saw. Includes: 60 tooth carbide tipped saw blade, blade wrench, dust bag, safety clamp, retractable die-cast aluminum extensions, and manual. Powerful 15.0 Amp ball bearing motor delivers 4,450 RPM for molding and framing cuts. Tall sliding fences support nested crown molding up to 5 3/4-in and baseboard up to 4 1/2-in against the fence. Dual slide rail system with linear bearings allow for smooth and accurate operation. Miter cuts up to 55° left and 60° right with 10 positive stops are most used angles. Upfront bevel lock handle for accurate, convenient bevel angle adjustments. Maximum crosscut up to 2-in x 12-in (nominal) at 90° and 2-in x 8-in at 45°. Tool-less adjustable upfront mounted laser guide system projects accurate pre-cutting line for precise alignment. 3-year limited warranty.
