Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items
  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • All original parts and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required
  • Items must be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Air Compressor Accessories & Hoses (opened packages)
  • Air Compressor Fittings (once installed or used)
  • Augers, Tillers & Cultivators (used in soil or outdoor conditions)
  • Any tools showing signs of wear, damage from misuse, or missing safety components

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

3 Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

4 Ship Your Return

Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.
